AND ANOTHER THING…
I’m not Greek, but my yogurt is! Recently tried the new flavors of Chobani and they are spoon-lickin’ good! Even my new-to-eating-fancy food one year-old opened wide for heaping helpings of my Pineapple 2% flavor. My husband’s creation is the plain 2% with honey and a sprinkle of granola, while my three year-old loves to fold in the (real) fruit on the bottom of the raspberry flavor. Seems we each found a flavor to suit our style and quite exciting to know my family is loving something that’s loving them back. Efxaristo!
How lucky am I that my little darlings love yogurt, as I have come to know it’s an acquired taste that not all toddlers have. I feel even luckier that we haphazardly stumbled upon the little person version of one of our favorite big person yogurts. Chobani all natural yogurt comes in smaller portions called Champions. The bright packaging is the only place you’ll find vibrant colors in this product (as it should be) since their yogurts have no added color. So much natural goodness with no artificial junk. Their resume reads as such: 100% all natural, no synthetic growth hormones, no artificial sweeteners or flavors, and no preservatives. We’re all so concerned with counting calories and avoiding sugars we forget to check the actual nutritional value of what we’re eating. Knowing that my darlings are getting their vitamin D and calcium by means of a wholesome food product instead of through a pill or some other abundantly colorful by-product is incentive enough to continue our loyalty to this yogurt. Yiamas!
